No wonder you didn’t want me reading on my own!

Greyson spends most of his time in our front living room, or at night in his room.  Lately we have been taking him more into our room to lay on our bed at night if we don’t have a nurse.  That way we can all hang out together and Stacy can try to begin getting some rest (it’s not very successful for her but she still likes it).  Well today we were a little tired (no nurses the last two nights) so Greyson amused himself by jumping up into the recliner and grabbing some reading material.  Well once he read about how the duck likes water he wanted to go see some for himself so we had to take him out to Seabeck and show him the hood canal.  It was almost a problem as once we got there he was completely asleep!  As you can see we finally got him woke up and he seemed to enjoy looking at all the new things.

Greyson also got a package in the mail today with some great new clothes for him to wear  (thanks Fribergs!).  One was perfect for today so he tried it out on our trip.  Fits good with room to grow into which is always a good thing since he has already outgrown a lot of the clothes he has (some before he ever wore them!!).

  1. Looks to us that you guys had a marvelous day even if Mom was a little tired. We would have like to see his face when he was looking around. We hope he got to see some ducks. They are so graceful in the water. Hope your Dad gets plenty of sleep tonight so he can stay awake in church tomorrow. Sending our love…Grammie and Papa

  2. What wonderful pictures. It has been a few days since I’ve been on the blog. Sure sounds like our little guy is making good progress. I love to hear about good days and smiles…He just looks so good. What a great job you are doing. I love you all very much, Aunt Sue

  3. I just got back from Shyannes’ wedding ( your cousin). It was a very nice wedding and we had a good time. I was anxious to read the blog though and sure enough, look now you are reading. Hope mom and dad get some rest and that there is a nurse tonight. I love the bay area up there and it looks like you had a good time although you weren’t really smiling after being woke up. It is so nice you are getting to do more things, because there is so many things to see and do. Looks like your mom cut her hair, is that true? Well I love you – you have lots of books to read so have fun.
