Kisses to you all!

Here is a picture of Greyson’s dedication.  I have a really cool video to put on here but will have to save it for tomorrow as the camcorders battery went dead as I was trying to get it on my computer.  I personally think it’s worth the wait.  Although now it takes out one of the things I was going to talk about.

OK let’s talk about Greyson’s dedication.  He did really well and it was so cool to be able to publicly dedicate him back to God.  Basically this is just the process of saying we recognize that he is a gift from God and we are here to help raise him right so he will can know God before God calls him to whatever life he (God) has for him.  It would be cool if this included making lots of money and giving large portions of it to his parents, but we are excited for whatever God has for him.  For now we are just loving the fact that he is a part of our life.

Today he did a great job with tummy time.  He had three seperate sessions and was pushing himself way up and looking around.  He also did OK with his eating (by mouth, although he still has a long way to go) and was doing better with his legs attempting to hold himself up.  All in all he is really just learning new things each and every day.  I know many of you blog readers have talked about coming by for a visit, and all we can say to that is “we can’t wait”!!

  1. I am so proud of you and I had so much fun playing with you this weekend. You are just growing up so fast and I wish we could play more often. I love to hear you laugh and talk, we will have to talk soon on the phone so practice on your phone until we do. It won’t be long until your 1st birthday and we can play some more. All your cousins will be coming though and that means Grandma will have to be good and wait her turn.

    I love you.

  2. I have been having Greyson withdrawls since I came home. We certainly had fun playing while I was there. I thanked God daily for sharing your mom and Uncle Shad with us, always knowing he was in control. Your mom and dad are doing the same with you. What a blessing and comfort this has always been for me (your Grammie). I have and will continue to thank him for allowing us to share in your life young man. Blessing to you today! Love Grammie

  3. The money idea was exactly what we were thinking (hoping) in the back of our minds for our kids but we have found that God is teaching us to “give rather than receive”. haha-wink, wink! We all can’t wait to come-soon, very soon! It is great to hear how things are going so well! Greyson is a little miracle! We love you three!
