Greyson had a decent night last night. They did have to give him another dose of lasix as he hadn’t peed in a really long time. It worked and he has been doing better since. They are thinking he may have to have it once in awhile but are still hoping he can back off of it. His afternoon labs were a little off, but not real bad. As it stands we are looking at getting discharged sometime tomorrow.

Greyson looks like he had a nice bath and enjoyed it. I love the smell of babies after their bath. I hope Stacy had a decent night as well as Greyson last night and I also hope you have nursing for tomorrow when you get home. I assume he didn’t pass the stone since you didn’t mention it, and I put in at church to have the stone break up on its own.
Take care and I’ll talk to you tomorrow.
Love ya
Papa and Gram loves to see Greyson smile. These sweet pictures really did our hearts good. Bath time is such a wonderful happy time. Hopefully things will level out and you will get to go home tomorrow. As we know, unfortunately, we aren’t the ones in control. Hope you all have a restful night tonight and we will be praying that your favorite nurses will be available when you get to go home. We know all your nurses are your favorite and they are such a blessing!! We pray for their wisdom and guidance and presence. We also will be praying that the BIG kidney stone breaks apart. I know how hard it is for you both to see your little one in pain. Keeping you all close to our hearts. Hugs…MOM and DAD
ohhh bath time! Nothing is better! Thanks for the sweet pics and the update. We have been thinking of you all day, especially Stacy and her very first Mother’s day. From looking at the pics, it seems as if you found some fun and smiles during the day at least! Hang in there! We love you three!!
What a beautiful smile! He is such a doll! Hope Stacy had a good first Mother’s Day! Remember, never hesitate to call if you need anything!
Happy 1st Mother’s Day Stacy! I hope you enjoyed it. I love the pictures of Greyson, what an awesome smile:) That’s the best gift any child can give their mother—happiness and being content (even if those moments seem brief at times). I will continue to pray for his health and rest for you and Bob. Take care, Dawn
it has been SO great to see greyson the past couple days while he has been up here. i just can’t get over how big he is.
the nurses here love him and your family, of course! i’m glad the stay was short and you will be going home tomorrow. enjoy!
Absolutely adorable! What more can anyone say? Looks like you were able to have some fun on Mothers Day even if it was in the hospital. We will pray for a safe trip home and that all will settle right back into some sort of normalcy. We will continue to pray for Greysons kidneys and that God will help to block any negative side effects from the Lasix and that the current stones will break apart and be passed with no effort.
Love as always,
Happy First Mother’s Day, Stacy! Hopefully you will get to go home today.
Glad Greyson is doing so well.
Well back on Monday and checking the blog. What a doll that little guy is. How fun to see him smile while in the tub. He is really a trooper. Mom and Dad are also fighters. There’s nothing more precious than being with your child and caring for them and some times we wonder how we will get through the days and nights when their not up to snuff. God is great and he is merciful and when we can’t keep going he carries us through. Your little family brings so many of us joy, just being able to be a part of your daily life through this blog. We pray for you and have you in our hearts all the time.
Oh Stacy I almost forgot……..HAPPY MOTHERS DAY…….hugs and kisses!!
That is a CUTE picture, what a giggly smile!
