I’ve got my eyes on you.

Well Stacy just got home and it sounds like she had a very good visit with Greyson.  They increased his pain medicine and he seemed to be feeling a lot better than he has the last couple of days.  Stacy held him for awhile and really enjoyed it.  We have been hesitant to hold him since he moved to Mary Bridge just because he has been so sick and it always seems to hurt him when he is moved.  I guess it was better with a little more medicine.

Greyson is on the surgery schedule for Tuesday, we are not sure yet what time but should find out tomorrow as the Dr’s will stop by sometime during the day to get us all set up.  It’s kind of amazing that after over 5 months the PDA issue will finally be resolved!

Stacy also told me Greyson was waving his arm around a lot today.  He seemed to be looking at it and acknowledging that it was his, and he was making it move.  Not much else to talk about for today.

  1. This is going to be a big week for all three of you and I am praying already for it all to go well with the surgeons, and everyone else involved with Greysons’ surgeries. I know God already has got it all under control and Greyson will be on his way to getting better and better. I love his eyes and he is so curious about everything, discovering his arm was just like a new toy to him I bet. It was so great to hear you got to hold him today, Stacy, because I know he loves that, not mention you do too. Lots of love and prayers continuously for a great week of victories.

  2. Amen! I totally agree with Grandma Terry. I am also praying in advance for all the preparation and to guide the Dr’s hand and for it to be the final piece at least to that issue.

How fun to hold him again! That is a huge step.

    Love you all

  3. Stacy I’m so glad you were able to hold Greyson again. He needs that as much as you. Soon your boy will be able to wave both arms. Better watch out. I think soon after that they seem to find Mom and Dad’s (well maybe you won’t have to worry about this one, Bob) hair. I always thought it was so special when they started tugging on things and discovering their whole new world. Our arms will be wrapped around you this week as you enter another phase. We hope you can feel our love. Prayers are with you, and for all the doctors and nurses who will be guided by God. Hugs and have a great day! Mom and Dad

  4. I agree with everyone! We will definatly be thinking and praying for your big week to come! We love you and are here for you if you should need anything. Stay strong and and know how many people are praying for the three of you, as well as the doctors! Have a great day!! Enjoy every minute with your miracle!
