OK so Stacy thought she would see if Greyson would grab onto her straw (it’s just water, but soda makes a funnier caption). Not only did he grab it, but when she went to pull it out of his hand he held on so tightly it bent the straw as seen in the second picture! This is kind of funny because sometimes we wonder if he can hold on to stuff. I guess he can, if he wants to! Well it was a long night and a long day but we have enjoyed taking care of our son. While the nurses and RT’s still come in once in awhile, basically we are doing everything for him. It is nice to feel we are finally at a place where we can take care of him, even with all his “extras”.
So today is bonus picture day because I got this great picture earlier when Greyson was attempting to write out a to do list for us so that we could take him home with us. Thought I’d throw it in for your enjoyment.
I can’t believe I am the first to leave a note. He looks great guys. What a joy he must be.
We are praying for you. Your to do list though doesn’t look very long. I could give you some of mine. HA HA
Keep up the good work. This is happening all in God’s timing. Isn’t it amazing how far you have come. I have been looking at the first pictures when he was first born. God is so good. What a beautiful boy you have. What a gift.

Wow, I am so excited to see all the pictures. Looks like he can hold onto things really well. Sounds like everything is on schedule now and it won’t be long. Hopefully you can get some sleep before he actually does come home, because I imagine it will be hard to sleep at first. I’ll bet Greyson has really enjoyed all this mommy and daddy time. He looks pretty content with the whole situation.

Hello to the Westfall Family! So today is Friday and I won’t be checking in on you guys until Monday. Hope to open the blog on Monday and see that Greyson is going home. Bob and Stacy you two are such a blessing to all of us. We are humbled just watching you and hearing of all the things you have become able to do for Greyson. How lucky you all are to have each other. God Bless You all and well be thinking of you often and praying for you all the time.
